Can I pickup my order at a RAKKAN Ramen restuarant?

Unfortunately, in-store pickup is not available for Homemade RAKKAN Ramen products.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send a request to homemade@rakkanramen.com as soon as possible. Please include your full name, order number and reason for cancellation in the email. Orders can only be canceled if they are not fulfilled/shipped.

Can I add items to my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to your order once it has been processed.

My order was missing an item, what can I do?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us through our contact form or send us an email at homemade@rakkanramen.com with your full name, order number and item(s) that were missing within seven (7) days of your order being delivered. One of our representatives will assist you to promptly resolve this issue.

Payment

Can I change my billing address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your billing address once your order has been placed. If you were successfully able to place your order and received a confirmation email, your order will still be delivered to the shipping address provided.

Can I pay with a RAKKAN Ramen Gift Card?

Unfortunately, RAKKAN Ramen Gift Cards are not accepted for Homemade RAKKAN Ramen orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping speed applies after the order has been processed.

Can Homemade RAKKAN products be shipped outside of the United States?

At this time, Homemade RAKKAN Ramen products can only be shipped within the United States.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you wish to change your shipping address, please send a request to homemade@rakkanramen.com as soon as possible. Please include your full name, order number and updated address. Addresses can only be changed if the order has not been fulfilled/shipped.

What can I do if my package is lost/stolen?

If your package is lost or stolen, please immediately contact the courier selected for your order and file an investigation or lost/stolen package claim. If your package is still not found, please email homemade@rakkanramen.com with your order number and claim number from the investigation.
