Return Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Merchandise purchased online can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging and condition, unopened and unused with all tags. Certain exclusions apply. 

Merchandise purchased in-store at any RAKKAN Ramen outlet are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products from the categories listed below are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Food & Beverage
  • Sale Merchandise (including markdowns, clearance, etc.)

Starting a Return / Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please use our Contact form and select “Returns / Exchanges”. An order number and reason for request is required for us to begin processing a return or exchange. Depending on the nature of the request, we may request for additional photos or information to process your request.

If your request is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your merchandise. Merchandise sent back to us without an approved request will not be accepted or returned to the sender.

Shipping fees associated with any returned or exchanged merchandise must be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds / Exchanges

All refunds for approved returned merchandise purchased online are processed to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds will be posted to your credit card or debit card account within 7 to 10 business days once your return is received and processed.

All exchanges for approved merchandise purchased online will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days once your merchandise is received and processed.

Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded, unless otherwise stated.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING MERCHANDISE

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item or an item was missing from your purchase online, please use our Contact form and select “Missing or Damaged Items”. An order number and description is required for us to begin processing a return or exchange. Depending on the nature of your request, we may request for additional photos or information to process your request.

Once your request has been processed and approved, we will issue a refund for any eligible merchandise in your order. Please see above for refund information.
